Return merchandise auth0rization

A RMA Number is required, and must be written clearly on the outside of your shipping package.

  • Returns must be packaged securely.

  • Do not write on the product packaging itself.

  • Packages received without a RMA number will not receive credit.

  • Product must be with in 30 days from the time you the customer received the items. 

  • Returned product must be able to be resold and in new condition with all original parts.

  • Once received by Midgets Diesel all returns will be inspected and at our discretion a return/credit may be refused and shipped back to you the customer, Or a restocking fee of 10% - 20% May be applied.

  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost on returnable product back to Midgets Diesel. (unless otherwise noted)

Reasons for refused product or credit:

  • Items have been installed and/or used.

  • Items are damaged do to you the customer installing the product or during shipping in which you the customer is responsible for.

  • Items shipped back without original box, or other product parts.

  • Seal on electrical parts is broken.

  • Item serial numbers do not match.

Core Policy:

  • All Core returns have to be accepted within 60 days of you the customer receiving the product. 

  • If cores are received outside of the 60 day period you the customer will not get a full credit/refund which can be anywhere from 5% - 20% depending on time length.

  • Cores missing parts or pieces the new product was equipped with will not receive credit/refund.

  • We DO NOT float core cost for any customer.

Next Day Air Shipping: (NDA) 

Free next day air shipping is available on most Programmers and other products marked with free next day air. Free next day air on applies to the 48 contiguous U.S. States, this excludes HI, AK, PR and US Virgin Islands. If you see a product not marked with the NDA tag but you still need it faster then ground shipping just give us a call for a quote. We are here to help.

 

Ground Shipping:

All ground shipping is free over $99.00 with in the 48 contiguous U.S States, This excludes HI, AK, PR and US Virgin Islands. This offer does not apply to truck freight or oversized items, Transmissions, Fuel tanks, Wheels, and tires.

 

Midgets Diesel Performance shipping cut off is 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. All orders will be shipped same day as ordered up to the shipping cut off. If your order is placed after the shipping cut off it will be shipped the next business day. We ship Monday - Friday through UPS, Fedex, and USPS. Most customers should receive there products within 2-6 business days. Any shipping address with in North Carolina will have 7.5.

% tax added to your order. Midgets Diesel is not responsible for paying any customs or taxes.
